Invite external users to Talisman

A big ask from our customers throughout our beta has been the ability to invite external users into Talisman to view their subscription software spend.

We’re excited to share that users can now invite users outside your company into Talisman, whether it’s your accountant, part-time CFO, or investors.

This is a helpful feature if you’re the main user of Talisman, but control or access to a bank account sits with an external party.

Users you invite will be able to see everything that you’ve set up in Talisman:

• What subscriptions you’ve set up

• What possible subscriptions has Talisman found

• Your software subscription spending trends

• What tools are connected to your organization

• Who has access to what tools in your organization

This makes it super easy to give key external users insight into your organization’s software spend and help you push your organization forward.

All you need to do is enter the below information and press enter:

• First name

• Last name

• Email

• Permission level

We encourage you to spend some extra time reviewing all of your subscriptions and making sure you're running as lean as possible before inviting your investors in for any diligence, though!
