• We’ve improved loading pages to include what steps Talisman is taking when we’re pulling your organization’s information

Google Loading screens

• Following the user connecting their Google Workspace, we provided a loading screen that shared what Talisman was doing at each step of the connection

Google Summary recap

• We've added a new Google Summary screen to the onboarding process. This screen will give you a quick review of the apps and members associated with your Google Workspace account

Member Review

• Added a Member review screen to onboarding to allow users to review and confirm members added to their organization's apps

App Review

• Added an App review screen to onboarding to allow users to review all of the apps connected to their Google Workspace, the users associated with each app, and mark which ones were Org approved or not

Universal Directory

• At the completion of onboarding, after connecting both Google Workspace and their bank account we display a Universal Directory screen that shows all of the Members, Apps, and Subscriptions that the user will see in the main experience

• The Apps Overview page is a page with a table with all of the apps connected to the organization and high-level details on them

App Profile

• The App Profile is a page that users can navigate to in order to view access & spend information on a specific app

Onboarding

• We fixed a bug in the Universal Directory shown at the end of onboarding that would display the app data

• We fixed multiple bugs in the Google Workspace step that were causing the below issues:

  • Users were not given the choice to select the alias they wanted to use

  • GUIDs were appearing instead of the proper app names

  • The sort option on the alias table was not working properly

• We fixed a bug that wouldn’t allow users to sort by the ‘Org approved’ column

• We fixed a bug that was not displaying Member data in the Member table

  • We created a recurring task to refresh the transactions pulled into Talisman and detect new subscriptions for users over time

  • A bug where subscriptions created during onboarding were not creating when entering the main experience

  • A bug where users were not shown all of the alias at their organization during the Google Workspace step

  • A bug in the Possible subscription insight that wasn’t allowing a user to remove a transaction from a Possible subscription

  • A bug in the Possible subscription insight that kept displaying the same subscription despite a user marking it as ‘Not a subscription’

  • A visual bug that was showing the Summary insights in a backwards order

  • A bug that was sorting subscriptions into groupings of those that had logos and those that did not

  • Multiple bugs where subscriptions created from the Possible subscription table were not being created correctly within Talisman

  • We refreshed the UX design for all of the onboarding screens

  • We added a Priority screen, where users could submit what brought them to Talisman

  • We added support for users to select any alias connected to their Google Workspace in order to pull their roster

  • We added explainer screens before the Google Workspace + Plaid pages that walk users through the benefits of connecting their employee roster and bank account prior to asking them to connect
